Catering
When contacted by a community or individual organization, a meeting is set up to address their specific needs for fundraising. We explain the different services that are available and then match one of those services to their event. With help from community volunteers and individual organizations, we team up to raise funds to help meet their goal.
When hired to put on an event, we work with local sponsors to host a bbq contest, teams will come in to compete for prize money and trophies. The event is then open to the public to come in and sample the bbq. Proceeds are givien to the local charity or individual organization.
