We will be serving a sandwich , beverage , chips , a side and a cookie for $ 6.00 , from 11am - 2pm on the East Lawn of the Crow Wing County Judicial Center.

Crow Wing County Drug Court is a judicially supervised , treatment based program for adults who are charged with certain eligible felony crimes , and are found to be chemically dependent. It features a team approach to rigorous treatment , coordinated with intensive supervision , random and regular drug and alcohol testing , regular and frequent court appearances , education and employment opportunities. For every $1 that is spent on Drug Courts , there is a savings of around $10 , due to reduced jail/prison use , reduced recidivism and lowered cost to the publicly funded programs.

Drug Court brings the full weight of the Drug Court Team members ( judicial , prosecutor , defense council , substance abuse and mental health professionals , probation officers , and law enforcement ) together , forcing the offender to deal with his/her substance abuse problem. This is a voluntary program that is a minimum of 22 months in length. Our goal is to aid our participation in becoming contributing members of socidety with restored self - worth. Recovery is a Process that last a lifetime !!!
